Bridge Loan

A form of short term loan that can serve as a source of funding and capital until a source of more permanent finance can be found. Can be used to finance the purchase of a new home before selling your existing home.

The DSCR (Debt Service Ration Loan) is designed for real estate investors and mortgage brokers who want to qualify a mortgage based on cash flow generated by their investment property instead of using conventional means ( income proof, tax returns, employment information, etc)

Bank Statements Loan

Loan designed for self-employed borrowers looking to purchase or refinance a home without showing net income on taxes or pay stubs

Asset Utilization Loan

Instead of only looking at a borrower’s traditional proof of income (pay-stubs, tax returns, deposit records, etc), the Asset Utilization Loan Program considers a borrower’s total landscape of assets when applying for a mortgage.

Foreign National Loan

A loan specifically designed for borrowers who live outside of the United States who are looking to purchase property or refinance an existing home in the U.S

Profit and Loss Statement Loan
